These webinars are designed to expose county and district educators to the programs CRD specialists and educators are delivering. Join us the 3rd Wednesday of each month (except in November, in which case the webinar will be the 2nd Wednesday) at 9 am on the Zoom meeting platform (meeting id: 5861341033) for a 30 minute Q & A session about CRD programs. This month will feature a discussion about why small scale producers might need different risk management strategies, what options these producers face, and what resources does Extension have to offer in this area.

Have you ever sat through a meeting and thought, "Why am I wasting my time?" Or, have you been in a meeting during which the agenda is high-jacked by one (or a few) "loud voices"? Or, have you attended a meeting that became contentious and wondered, "What do I do now?" In addition to reviewing open meeting requirements, this workshop will enable you to address all of the above issues and more! As Extension educators, we are often invited to host and/or participate in meetings, which also gives us the opportunity to shape the outcomes of these meetings and their impact on our communities. Educators are encouraged to invite community members that would also benefit from this training.
